Weeknight Meal Plan Ideas | Nik Snacks

In an effort to be helpful to all of my readers, I am publishing weekly menu ideas until the emergent need no longer exists.

For the whole of 2020, I have been inspired by my friend Nichole at Casa de Crews to create, make and stick to a weekly menu plan. Most weeks I have media dinners and am traveling, so I only cook 4 out of 7 nights a week. Due to the current restrictions of travel and eating out at restaurants, I am happily ready to cook every meal at home and share the fruits of my labor with you, dear reader.

If you need help figuring out what groceries to buy, here is a comprehensive well-stocked pantry list. It includes non-perishables, refrigerated and frozen food columns.

Below are FOUR weekly meal dinner plans. I will be posting the next week's worth of menus on April 3rd, to reflect spring produce and Easter-themed meals.

Follow me on social media to get the latest updates and new recipes AND  new cooking instruction videos!
