Personal Chef Day at Foothills Brewing

Did you know that February 26 is National Personal Chef Day?

Since I am a personal chef, I'm celebrating the day in style FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW in a most glorious fashion and I have a not-so-secret, secret to share with you:


I have been working part-time at Winston-Salem's most famous brewery for almost a year and a half and I have free reign in the kitchen to come up with the day's menu specials. And have I got some fantastic dishes for YOU!

  1. Yum! Hopefully we will be passing through this weekend and can stop by. The Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding with a Lemon IPA Custard looks intriguing.
